诗巫机场将在今午12时才重新开放了。
前晚滑出跑道的飞机已经被移走，原本估计昨晚会开放机场，不过经过安全考量，诗巫机场已通知飞行员今午才重新开放机场。
诗巫机场经理再奴丁昨晚发出的通知如下：
Dear All, due to presence of several big hole left from the aircraft tire movement at the grads area that require grading we had to continue to close the runway and the airport shall only open at 12 noon.
We shall resume the runway cleaning tonight. This part of the process to ensure the safety. We had issued the NOTAM to advice airline on the closure. We again are trying our very best.
