西华古玛现年56岁，他在1980和90年代涉嫌在加拿大下药和性侵数十名女性，罪成入狱后，最近刚服满24年刑期，被遣送回马来西亚。调查报告更指，他涉嫌性侵的女性，可能高达千人。
